KAZHA
Kazha is a hard rock band founded in Tokyo in 2009 by classically trained singer-songwriter and bassist Kazuha Oda and guitarist Hideki Matsushige. Having relocated their base to Memphis, Tennessee — the birthplace of rock ‘n’ roll — the band serves as an official ambassador for Music Export Memphis. With over 35 US states toured and appearances at venues including the Whiskey A Go Go, Kazha has shared stages with George Lynch, Y&T, King’s X and Gilby Clarke. Their 2018 self-titled third album explores themes of rebirth and renewal, blending rock power with melody and cultural cross-pollination. Kazuha’s Grammy-linked session credits add further depth to their distinguished resume.
